From content to commerce we helped online work for the brand

Racoon International is the number-one supplier of high-quality, glamorous human hair extensions to salons, session stylists, global partners and the public.

We worked with the Racoon team to develop an understanding of their needs, from which we were commissioned to develop a new content-managed website and online shop with a design that closely matched the company’s new branding.

E-commerce was a new venture for Racoon and they were understandably nervous about it. To minimise risk and maximise return on investment we opted to deploy a well-established sales portal, ensuring total compliance with industry payment standards and integration with their chosen payment portal.

In addition to the design and build, our editorial team revitalised and optimised the content to appeal to search engines and customers alike. The result has been positive feedback and an increase in organic search results.

We continue to work with Racoon on the development of their strategic approach to online, content and publicity.

We have been working with Summersault for about six months and they have already contributed enormously in moving Racoon International forward in terms of our website and associated shop – the results speak for themselves!
